I guarantee that all objects are authentic and of the date stated. I will sell only genuine antique items. I examin each object I obtain for resale as if it were going into my own collection. If the description in this website is inadequate for your needs, please call me. I will be pleased to discuss it in depth with you.

Refund Policy:
The descriptions of condition are accurate but if you find genuine fault or are dissatisfied I will refund the purchase price. You have a five-day money-back guarantee, and you can exercise this option for any reason. Just phone and tell me you are returning the item, and you will receive the refund as long as the item comes back in the condition in which it was sent. The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Sale conditions:
All pieces are sold as collector's items and no attempt should be made to fire them. Due to customs hassles, I regret that there can be no returns of foreign orders.

Payment:
Bank or Post Office money order. Personal checks accepted also, but the funds often take a week to ten days to clear.

Shipping:
Shipping and insurance costs are the responsiblity of the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for the item from the moment it is placed in the hands of the shipping company, and any insurance compensation for damage or loss is entirely a matter between the buyer and the shipping company or insuring agent (if not the shipping company).

Layaways:
No layaways on items under $250. Up to 30 days on items up to $1,000 with one third down and balance due in one month. Items over $1,000 require one third down and up to 60 days for full payment. If you fail to make full payment within allotted time, you lose the down payment and the article goes back in stock. No returns on layaway items.

Consignments:
15% up to $3,000, and 10% above that. We must agree on the price, so you will have to send me the item for me to judge the value. You will be paid immediately upon the sale of the item, or as soon as the layaway payment is complete. If a layaway defaults, you receive half of the down payment and your item returns to stock for sale again.
